You can also register via the NHS app.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
Paper forms are still available if you need one.

We do accept registrations from patients outside of the catchment area on a discretionary basis. We reserve the right to refuse registrations from patients outside of our catchment area and we may also notify you if we are no longer able to support your registration. Once notified, you will have a grace period to find a new GP.
