£10 - Any miscellaneous or 'To whom it may concern' letters
(£5 - additional charge if any amendments to the above are requested)
£92.50 - Medical - DVLA/Taxi/HGV/Adoption/Fostering etc
£20 - Medical Insurance forms/Holiday or trip cancellation forms
£20 - Ofsted forms
£20 - Camp America forms
£20 - Police Medical Questionnaires
Please note we do not do:-
- Countersigning of passports
- Fit to fly/maternity flying letters
- Firearms Licences
- Fitness for undertaking activities i.e. skydiving, scuba diving etc
