We run a computerised appointment system in order to spread the workload through the day and avoid patients having to wait too long to see a doctor or a nurse.
Sometimes the doctor of your choice is fully booked and the reception staff may have to suggest an alternative doctor. Please try to be patient and our staff will do their best to see to your needs.
If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know well in advance so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. We have a dedicated cancellation line or you can reply "cancel" to your appointment reminder
