A Clinician will review your submission throughout the working day and will respond with advice, an appointment, prescription or other action as needed. The questionnaire with gather the information we need to make a decision about how best to help.
Please note that this is not an urgent service and responses may not be sent until end of the following working day.
Following triage, we may provide an appointment booking link which offers advanced booking. Please check your email junk/clutter inbox for replies.

All appointments can be made by eConsult request, telephone call from 7.00am or in person from 7.00am.
Please note that only selected clinics are available for pre-booking. If you have been asked by us to make an appointment, please inform reception of this or state this in your eConsult submission.
All general appointments requests are book on the day. You can make an eConsult submission and following triage, you may be given an appointment booking link which allows advanced booking.
